A Look at Plastic Free Gulf Coast

Plastic Free Gulf Coast is focused on engaging and supporting the Gulf Coast in the transition away from plastic by making alternatives to plastic mainstream, accessible, and affordable. We believe that through collaboration, knowledge, and experience sharing eliminating plastic use is possible. Plastic Free Gulf Coast is also working to create a regional green economy as consumer and business demand grows for alternative products. As the project creates more demand for alternatives to plastic, we hope to engage manufacturing and industrial composting companies to build a strong circular Gulf Coast economy that meets consumer and business demand while reducing the waste stream and eliminating plastic waste.
